The wourkout routines.
The routines here are recorded on 3 days, the days that I workout. Only monday, wednesday and friday. The body needs to recover for at least one day. So this is how I do it with my friend. If you have questions, mail me or write to me on Youtube. I'll help you out.
Remember though, you need to eat enough proteins before you can gain muscle, so if you are of small apetite, consider protein shakes. Without food, you can't build your body any muscles.
