Frequently asked questions:
What do you eat? - Erhm. I eat food. I eat all kinds of food. And no, i dont really care about the ingrediants, and i never gain weight either. My answer to the people that keep asking me why i never gain fat eating all that fast food is.. Burn as much fat as you eat. Im not a food expert, but its simple, burn less than you eat, you gain, and burn more than you eat, you lose. Mostly, right?

You ever got hurt?
- Well sometimes i hurt my knee. Or my wrist. But i only got seriously hurt twice. First time was when i was learning wallflips. I landed on my neck. Ouch! Second time was when i misplaced a finger doing backhandsprings (too low ones), and actually cracked a little bit of a bone inside.

Favorite Trick? - That i think will be the 540 Kick. I love doing those fast wicked kicks. The sound is just.. Satisfying. SWUSH!

Do you train people? - I've only trained a couple of friends. That was very basic too. Like a single Backflip, or some fightning techniques.

How often do you train? - I train tricking whenever i can, but that is unfortunately mostly in the summer. Because i dont have a place to train whenever i can. I made my sampler Reborn at a gym, but thats it. I usually always wait till summer. But physical training is important to stay in shape (doh), so i do that whenever i can too. Best thing to do is every day, 10-30 minutes. But sometimes i take breaks, if i dont wanna bother, or if i have pain in my shoulders or something like that.

And a little info:
Right now, i am working at Post Danmark, the danish mailing service. I work about 3-5 days a week. I just sort out letters and shit, I dont deliver.
I workout 3 times a week and I have MMA training twice a week as well. It's exhausting sometimes but it's great, I love it.

I started doing tricks back in 2002.. In the middle of 2002 I think! My friends brother was training with his friends, and he asked us to come try it too! It was quite fun and I also learned pretty quick, so that was definitely something for me!

When I train, I do it for fun, and to keep myself fit! It gives me a nice feeling everytime I learn a new trick or just improve the tricks I do.. It definitely gives me more selfconfidence and selfrespect. I used to do Taekwondo, but for a very short time, though..
Then I met a friend who was a Wing Tsun Instructor. I was, and still am, very interested in Bruce Lee. And since Wing Tsun is the first thing he learned, my pal showed me some stuff from Wing Tsun. I liked it and he started to teach me stuff. Also he told me, that I was a very quick learner, and my body was good for Wing Tsun. I always asked him to show me new stuff, and we just went on like that! In the end.. Pal, you tought me a lot more than you think, thanks a lot!! You are the best, man!
I also read the book of Bruce Lee, and actually realized and learned many things about Jeet Kune Do. More than I knew before, anyway..
