Gainer Tutorial

Important: Gainer is a hard trick. But on the other hand, they're all hard until you do them perfectly a couple of times, but some tricks are more dangerous because.. Well. The risk is greater because of the way the trick flows. And here, its like a kick turning into a flash, meaning a backflip with the legs apart in the air, to the front and back, not to the sides. Personally, i think Gainer is pretty easy to do. Maybe because im better at backward going tricks. I dont really have to concentrate that hard to throw a Gainer, i just do it whenever i feel like it. And that is because of the hard training. It might be best to train Gainer on a matt. Always be on guard with your hands. To put em on the ground as you get around in the air, i mean if it seems like you aint gonna make it on your legs. Its important to swing your arms hard and throw em up even harder, just like when doing a backflip. It gives you height. And kick straight, and then up, and when your leg is high enough and you have your arms up high, its time to jump on the leg you're standing on. And from there, its basically the same thing as a flash/backflip.
