Backflip Tutorial

Important: If you are afraid to attempt backward jumps and flips, I would suggest you to find a spotter to flip you over as you need it, or don't try any backward tricks, just to be safe. A spotter would be very good though, that's how I started myself. Also, if you don't have any experience in these kind of moves, get a spotter, even tho you might not be afraid alone. Something else I would not suggest, is jumping off something like a bench or a big stone, just because you might think it would give you height. It might, and also, when you attempt on ground, you would most likely naturally think you would get the same height and that would result in a funny looking neck, if you were unfortunate. So, no jumping off stuff.
